Maybe you’ve tried therapy. Maybe you’ve read the books. Maybe you even know what your patterns are. But knowing hasn’t been enough to change them.
That’s because what needs to shift isn’t in your mind. It’s in your body. And it needs both the breath and the coaching to move it.
The Awakening Path is your foundation. Over three months, with five breathwork sessions and eight coaching sessions woven together, your nervous system will begin to genuinely regulate. Old stories will start to loosen. You will begin to feel the difference between reacting from the past and responding from the present.
A breathwork session every two to three weeks keeps the body open and moving. The coaching sessions build on what each breath session opens, creating a cumulative, deepening arc of change rather than isolated moments of insight.
