
About Me
I work with women (and occasionally men) to help them heal from past trauma, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their true selves so they can feel more alive, empowered, and aligned with their purpose. It is my mission to support women to feel balanced and reach a deep level of self-confidence and self-worth, so that they can achieve everything they want in life.
My personal journey has taught me that the more disconnected we are with our body and our emotions, the more disempowered we end up being. I am here to teach you powerful tools and techniques that you can use every day of your life that will make you feel more authentic and attuned to yourself.
My work is underpinned by years of studies into the human psyche and lots of training and personal lived experiences and lessons gathered through the years. My approach is science-based but also very intuitive and heart-led. I value you and I want what is best for you, so you can be assured that our work together will be professional and tailored to yourself and your specific needs.
Many clients come to me when they are starting to feel that they want more from life and they are ready to discover who they are and what they truly want. They may or may not have tuned in into their bodies yet, but what they all have in common is a desire for a balanced and healthy life, a deep longing to discover and embody their authentic self and understand how to put some healthy boundaries in place.

My Story
Just a few years ago, I would have never believed someone telling me I would be where I am now. I didn’t believe this was possible for me. I was constantly striving for perfection and seeking external validation in order to make everyone else around me happy and proud.
I was feeling very low, in jobs that didn’t value me. I kept thinking “I don’t want to waste my precious life”.
I felt stuck and more and more lost. I had a deep feeling that there was more to life, but it was inaccessible to me, so defeated and confused on how to make the change.
I lost sight of who I was and to be completely honest, I was not my own top priority. Meanwhile, my self-worth and self-confidence kept sliding away.
One day I just had enough and I asked for help. A slow healing journey began and I started to reclaim step by step pieces of me I had lost along the way.
I rebuilt the connection to my own body and I got to feel the feelings that were waiting to be noticed. I began to have a healthy lifestyle and my mood and my energy level improved almost immediately.
I started to train in things that really set my heart on fire, and learned and researched everything that made me feel a deeper meaning to life.
I began to see that a different life was not only possible, but was within reach. I believed in myself and I felt worthy of all the beautiful things that were coming my way.
Having been where you are now, I can tell you that it’s possible to live a life that fulfils you, and makes you wake up with anticipation and passion for the new day ahead.
I feel it’s my mission to help other people to truly see and heal themselves, supporting them to find their own tools to create a more balanced and satisfying life.
