About Me
I am a Certified CCB Practitioner and Somatic Coach. My work is evolving beyond traditional coaching into nervous system and somatic trauma healing, helping clients not just understand their patterns, but transform them in their bodies.
My personal journey has taught me that the more disconnected we are with our body and our emotions, the more disempowered we end up being. I am here to teach you powerful tools and techniques that you can use every day that will make you feel more authentic and attuned to yourself.
My work is underpinned by years of studies into the human psyche, lots of training and personal lessons gathered through the years. My approach is science-based but also very intuitive and heart-led. You can be assured that our work together will be professional and tailored on your specific needs.
I work with people ready to try an all-encompassing approach, to help them heal from past trauma, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with their true selves. Many clients come to me when they start to feel that they want more from life, and they are ready to dig deep to discover who they are and what they truly want.

My Story
A few years ago, I felt completely disconnected from myself. Stuck in jobs that drained me, chasing perfection, and looking for validation just to feel “enough.” I knew there had to be more to life, but I couldn’t see a way out. My confidence faded, my self-worth slipped, and I stopped being my own priority.
Eventually, I reached a point where I couldn’t keep going the same way. Asking for support changed everything. I slowly rebuilt a relationship with my bodyand I got to feel the feelings that were waiting to be noticed. I began to have a healthy lifestyle and my mood and my energy level improved almost immediately.
I started to train in things that really set my heart on fire, and learned and researched everything that made me feel a deeper meaning to life.
Discovering the power of the Breath and somatic work became a turning point. It helped me heal deeply held patterns, reconnect with my intuition, soften old armour, and understand transformation through the lens of the body. My energy, clarity, and sense of self began to return.
Now, I know that a life that feels grounded, fulfilling, and aligned is absolutely within reach.
And it’s my mission to support others in finding their way back to themselves, too: through presence, through the body, and through tools that create real, embodied change.
