Through my studies, training and lived experience, I have developed a holistic, body-based approach that weaves together coaching and breathwork, integrating modern understanding of the nervous system with ancient knowledge and intuitive guidance.
I hold space with deep presence and compassion. A space where you feel seen, supported and gently encouraged to step into your fullest expression. I’ll often recognise your strengths and gifts long before you can feel them yourself.
My intention is to help you remember your wholeness, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and build the internal safety needed to create real change in your life.

I deeply believe that every person is born whole and complete, but life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling lost. That’s why learning to truly listen to our bodies and emotions is essential. Trauma can create emotional blockages within the body, leaving us feeling detached from our true selves.
My work weaves trauma-informed somatic techniques with a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. Together, we gently uncover where your system is holding emotional blockages, allowing you to feel, release, and return to yourself with more freedom and clarity.
I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore your past, understand your present, and consciously create your future.

Our bodies are wise, living systems that communicate with us constantly: through our breath, our energy, our digestion, our emotions. When we begin to truly care for the body, we create the conditions for deep healing to unfold.
My approach includes not only somatic work and breathwork, but also the foundations that support a regulated nervous system: nourishment, rest, rhythm, and intentional habits. I’ve seen firsthand how simple changes in how we care for our bodies can shift our mood, resilience, and sense of self. As you begin to feel more connected to your body’s natural wisdom, you’ll gain the clarity to make choices that truly support your well-being.
What I share with clients is a way of reconnecting with the body as a partner in their healing. Together, we explore gentle approaches from food to lifestyle practices that help you feel grounded, energised, and more at home in yourself. Your body is designed to heal. My role is to help you create the conditions where that healing can finally happen.
