Through my studies, training and personal life experience, I have developed a unique and holistic coaching method combining body and mind approaches, integrating modern scientific understanding with ancient knowledge and intuitive knowing.

As a Coach I will be your very best cheerleader - I will always see your unique skills and gifts you can offer to the world, even before you can see it yourself!

My promise is to enable you to remember that you are enough and to empower you to create the life you want to live. 

I will create a safe container for you to explore whatever feels pressing to you, developing practices that will give you the chance to drop into a state of balance and heal your body and mind.

Trauma-informed and holistic approach

I deeply believe that every person is born whole and complete, but life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling lost and disconnected. That’s why learning to truly listen to our bodies and emotions is essential. Traumas, both big and small, can create emotional blockages within the body, leaving us feeling stuck or detached from our true selves.

My approach combines trauma-informed somatic healing with a deep understanding of the body-mind connection. In our work together, we’ll gently uncover where emotional blockages lie within your body, allowing you to acknowledge, feel, and release them. This process creates space for profound healing, freedom, and a renewed sense of self.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can explore your past, understand your present, and consciously create your future.

I’m also inspired by our deep connection to nature and the timeless wisdom of ancient practices. Part of my work is helping you discover healing practices that resonate with you, integrating them into your life to deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.

The role of Nutrition

Our bodies are powerful, intelligent, and resilient containers capable of profound healing when given the right support. Building healthy habits isn’t just about physical wellness - it’s about reclaiming your power and nurturing a deeper connection with yourself.

Together, we’ll explore how nourishing your body with wholesome foods and embracing supportive habits can create a profound sense of balance and empowerment. We’ll dive into the importance of the microbiome and how cultivating a mindful, grateful approach to food can transform your health from the inside out. As you begin to feel more connected to your body’s natural wisdom, you’ll gain the clarity and knowledge to make choices that truly support your well-being.

My interest in nutrition began during a time when my own health was suffering: I was constantly sick, waking up with brain fog, low energy, and chronic pain from inflammation. It felt like my body was working against me. But I made a decision - I refused to accept that as my reality. I immersed myself in learning about simple, nutritious foods and healing habits that gradually restored my health and gave me back control over my own well-being, without relying on medications.
